The Ezras Torah Luach gives you the order of every service for every day, plus information for blessing the new moon (birkat hachodesh) and more. You can also download the Lucah to your PDA.
New York State's Kosher registry - Look up kosher labeled products and products with a "K" to find out what rabbi or organization (if any) stands behind the product.
Shamash's Kosher Restaurant Database is the best way to find kosher restaurants throughout the United States. For Israel, try www.eluna.com which has kosher restaurant lists, with 10% discount coupons for most of the places they list.
Come-and-hear.com has much of the Soncino English translation of the Talmud available on their Talmud page.
Kosher4passover.com's learning page has a wonderful lesson "Passover Cleaning Made Easy" with Rabbi Yitzchak Berkowitz (please consult your own rabbi about this recording). You can also read a text summary of that recording.

The Jewish Virtual Library is a wonderful collection of information on many Jewish subjects (Israel, Religious observance, Jewish History etc.).
The Torah Readings section of www.hebcal.com allows you to read each week's Torah and Haftarah portion (the current JPS translation) along with a selection of commentaries from across the religious spectrum. The learning page from the DC Minyan allows you to download recordings of the nusach (melody) for Friday night (Rabbi Carlebach's melodies) as well as the Saturday morning service.
The resources page created by Sixthirteen.org includes recordings of Rabbi Carlebach's melodies for Friday night, complete with musical accompanyment.
Ellie's Torah Trope Tutor will teach you the tunes for each of the Torah cantillation marks for Torah and Haftorah, Megillah and High Holiday Torah reading.
Navigating the Bible II offers recordings of all Torah readings and Haftorah readings, complete with vocalized Hebrew text, a copy of the text without vocalization (no Hebrew support needed), transliteration, and translation. You can even calculate your Bar Mitzvah parsha by entering your birth date (for birthdays from 1899 and later).
